Who We Are

Terry Cole has more than 20 years of professional experience in developing and implementing strategic communications and public involvement programs for water resource issues, including water and wastewater treatment and infrastructure, and stormwater.  Currently serving as Communications Practice Director for Jordan, Jones and Goulding, she previously spent 10 years gaining real-world utility experience serving as communications leader for a medium-sized water and wastewater utility in metro Atlanta, as well as working as a newspaper reporter prior to that.  Ms. Cole uses this experience to develop tailored approaches unique to the demographics, stakeholders, and issues of a community.  She is past President of the Georgia Association of Water Professionals (GAWP) and recently served as Local Host Chair for AWWA ACE 2008 which was held in Atlanta.

Marci Davis brings nearly 15 years of communications experience to the utility industry from journalism to video to PR. As a communications consultant, she’s spent the last few years helping utilities across North America with communications planning, community outreach, multimedia production, media training, crisis communications and more. Through this work, she’s gained a special appreciation for the contribution water and wastewater professionals make on a daily basis. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in journalism from the University of Georgia and actively participates in several industry organizations – AWWA, WEF, the Georgia Association of Water Professionals, and the Public Relations Society of America.
