If there’s one thing we’ve learned in our years in this industry, the water and wastewater community has a lot to say but there’s not always a forum to say it. The JJG Water Cooler was created with that need in mind. We’ll share ideas, insights, and tips on a variety of topics that affect you and the community you serve, whether it’s talking about the drought with your customers, explaining a rate change, getting a thumbs up for an unpopular project, or responding to concerns about pharmaceuticals in drinking water, you get the idea. Because we work with utilities throughout the Southeast, we hear great ideas and cautionary tales – we’ll share them all. And we hope you’ll offer your two cents in these discussions as well, since exchanging ideas is the best way to help each other.
